$19.99 per page for eligible standard documents — clear, legible scans with a known page count, like birth certificates, marriage certificates, and diplomas. That price includes the translation, the signed certification, and 24-hour delivery.

If your file is less clear or nonstandard — handwriting, a hard-to-read scan, an unusual format, an uncertain page count — it goes to a free quote review and we send back an exact price for that specific file. Either way, you see the full price before you pay anything.

How it works

1. Upload your document. A clear photo or scan works. Requesting a quote costs nothing and asks for no payment details.
2. Get your exact price. We send back a firm quote covering the translation, the signed certification, and 24-hour delivery. Nothing is charged at this step and no payment details are taken.
3. Approve and receive. Delivery is within 24 hours of order confirmation on business days for eligible standard documents, included in your price. If we miss that window, that document is free.

What USCIS requires — and what you receive

USCIS requires foreign-language documents to be accompanied by a full English translation and a signed certification that the translator is competent and the translation is complete and accurate (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)).

Every Corpus Localization order includes exactly that: a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy naming the document and the translator, formatted for immigration filings and also used for courts, universities, and DMV submissions.

Will my translation meet USCIS requirements?

Yes — every order includes a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy meeting 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), the regulation USCIS applies to translated documents, backed in writing: if we made an error we correct it free for the life of the document, and if a translation is rejected solely because of our error, we revise it free or refund the translation fee.

Is it really $19.99 per page?

Do you handle my language?

We work in 65+ languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Korean, and Hebrew. If you do not see yours, submit the document anyway — the quote we send back confirms whether we cover that language pair and what it costs. Certified translation is what we do; we do not provide interpreting, notarization, or apostille services.
