Optional notarization
Notarization may be arranged when the receiving authority asks for a notarized translation and the workflow is operationally available.

You receive the translation files; the issuing authority, Secretary of State, or your chosen apostille provider handles apostille filing.
CHECK FIRST
Do you need a translation before an apostille?
Sometimes. Apostille requirements vary by document type, state, country, and receiving authority. Ask the receiving authority whether it needs the original document, a certified translation, a notarized translation, an apostille, or some combination of those items.
Corpus can prepare the certified translation. We do not determine legal requirements, issue the apostille, or submit documents to government offices.
WHO ISSUES THE APOSTILLE
Apostilles are issued by designated authorities
In the United States, apostilles are usually issued by a Secretary of State or another designated authority. Outside the U.S., the competent authority depends on the country and document type.
Use official sources for current apostille rules: HCCH Apostille Section and the U.S. Department of State apostille guidance.
