Only two people ever see your document: the assigned translator and the quality reviewer. No one else in our organization accesses your files. Documents are not shared with third parties for any reason.

Secure Storage

Documents are stored securely during the translation process only. We do not retain your documents after project completion. Files are securely deleted once your translation is delivered and confirmed.

No Offshore Sharing

Your documents are not sent to overseas content farms or unvetted third-party translators. Our translators are vetted professionals who work within our security framework.

Secure Delivery

Completed translations are delivered via encrypted email or secure download link. For highly sensitive documents, we can arrange alternative secure delivery methods upon request.
