Every certified translation we produce meets USCIS requirements under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). Our certified translations are prepared document-by-document to those requirements, with a written guarantee behind every delivery. If USCIS issues a Request for Evidence (RFE) related to a translation we provided, we correct any error on our part at no charge.

2. Accuracy support included
Every translation is complete and accurate — every word, stamp, seal, and annotation on your original document is translated. If you find an error, we correct it immediately at no cost. No questions asked.

3. Certification Compliance — Supported
Every translation includes a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy, properly formatted, signed and dated. If a recipient has special formatting or certification instructions, send them with your quote request before you order.

4. On-time delivery commitment
Standard documents — birth, marriage, and divorce certificates, academic records, police records, and similar, up to 4 pages per document — are certified and delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation on business days. If we miss that window, that document is free.

5. Corrections to Our Errors
If we made an error in the translation or certification, we correct it free, for the life of the document.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

If you find an error:
Contact us immediately. We’ll review and correct any error on our part — at no cost.

If USCIS issues an RFE for our translation:
Send us the RFE. We’ll review the issue, revise the translation to address USCIS’s concern, and deliver the corrected version — at no cost.

If a court or agency doesn’t accept our translation:
Contact us with the specific objection. We’ll revise the translation to correct any error on our part — at no cost.

If you’re simply not satisfied:
Tell us what’s wrong. We’ll work with you until it’s right. Any translation error we made is corrected and recertified free — for the life of the document. If a translation is rejected solely because of an error on our part, we revise it free or refund the translation fee.

We’d rather lose money on a revision than lose your trust. That’s the policy.

Do you guarantee a specific outcome with courts or universities?
No. No translator can guarantee a receiving body’s decision. Each court, university or evaluator sets its own requirements, so check its current instructions before you order. If one of them raises an issue caused by an error on our part, we correct it free, for the life of the document.

How do I request a revision?
