Use checkout for an eligible clear, complete, ordinary modern typed Devanagari Marathi file with a known page count. Choose Other and enter Marathi in the required language field.

Use quote review for Marathi-English-Hindi mixed pages, handwriting, Modi script, uncertain name transliteration, dense land or court tables, faint stamps, damaged scans, multiple files, uncertain page count, or recipient-specific instructions. Eligible clear, complete, ordinary modern typed Marathi pages start at $19.99 per page with standard 24-hour delivery after scope confirmation. Mixed-language, handwritten, Modi-script, damaged, dense, uncertain, or recipient-specific files are quoted first.

How is the actual language on a Maharashtra record confirmed?

A Maharashtra record may be Marathi-only, English-only, Hindi, bilingual, or mixed, so every printed and added text area must be inventoried.

We inventory headings, field labels, entries, registration and reference numbers, names, dates, tables, seals, signatures, annotations, reverse sides, schedules, and attachments, including small text near seals or margins. Parallel bilingual wording is separated from information that appears in only one language, so unique Marathi, English, or Hindi text is not hidden by a repeated translation. The issuing body, state emblem, place name, or person’s name never proves the document language.

Clear, complete typed Marathi with a known page count may use checkout through Other plus Marathi. Mixed-language or uncertain files require quote review before price or timing is confirmed. Translation covers supplied readable written text; it does not determine authenticity, identity, citizenship, caste, domicile, land ownership, record validity, or legal status.

Which Devanagari and Modi details need visual control?

Devanagari signs, conjuncts, virama, anusvara, visarga, nukta, the headline, Marathi ळ, and digits must be checked against the image.

OCR is a draft, never the authority for Marathi text. We compare visible spelling, vowel signs or matras, conjunct clusters, virama or halant, anusvara, visarga, nukta, the Devanagari headline, Marathi , punctuation, word division, abbreviations, numerals, and seals with the complete source image. A broken headline, detached vowel sign, lost halant, or merged consonant can change a word, number, or name.

We do not modernize historical spelling or assume that every older Marathi record uses Modi. Modi is a historical administrative script used for some Marathi material and may require both transcription and translation. This control includes repeated fields and marginal notes. Modi, uncertain script, handwriting, damaged pages, or archive scans go to quote review rather than ordinary checkout timing.

How are Marathi names and transliteration handled?

Names must preserve source evidence and any documented recipient spelling for the same identity, without guessed or silently normalized romanization.

We preserve the source order, initials, honorifics, aliases, former names, spacing, and identifiers for people, parents, spouses, families, villages, talukas, districts, and institutions. Devanagari-to-Latin spelling is not mechanically unique, so we do not infer a passport spelling from pronunciation or silently expand an initial. A passport, identity record, prior certificate, or recipient instruction may support an established rendering for the same identity.

That supporting spelling cannot overwrite readable source facts. If two records conflict, we record the conflict instead of merging them into an invented form. Every recipient spelling decision remains documented in the translation workflow and notes.

Transliteration treatment and translation scope are confirmed separately when needed. Translation does not establish kinship, caste, domicile, nationality, ownership, identity, or legal effect.

Which civil and revenue certificates must stay distinct?

जन्म प्रमाणपत्र — birth certificate

विवाह नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र — marriage registration certificate

मृत्यू प्रमाणपत्र — death certificate

७/१२ उतारा — Record of Rights extract

जन्म प्रमाणपत्र, मृत्यू प्रमाणपत्र, विवाह नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र, domicile, income, caste, and non-creamy-layer records are distinct certificates.

We preserve the exact printed record title rather than converting every item into a generic certificate. A जन्म प्रमाणपत्र, मृत्यू प्रमाणपत्र, or विवाह नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र remains distinct from an age-nationality-domicile, income, caste, or non-creamy-layer certificate. We separate event dates from registration and issue dates, local bodies from state departments, certificate numbers from applications or barcodes, and amendments or remarks from the main entry.

Caste, domicile, nationality, income, residence, and non-creamy-layer wording is translated as printed, not interpreted as an eligibility decision. Recipient terminology remains source-bound. Corpus translates supplied readable text. It does not retrieve, issue, amend, authenticate, verify, notarize, legalize, or advise on these records.

How are 7/12, 8A, property, court, and police records kept specific?

७/१२ उतारा, ८अ उतारा, मालमत्ता पत्रक, फेरफार, court, affidavit, and police records retain their own headings, columns, and status language.

We preserve the village, taluka, district, survey, gat, CTS, case, and mutation identifiers that appear on the supplied record. Area and holder columns, फेरफार references, parties, dates, remarks, orders, stamps, and visible digital-signature or barcode text remain connected to their printed headings. A view copy, digitally signed record, ७/१२ उतारा, ८अ उतारा, मालमत्ता पत्रक, mutation entry, affidavit, court order, judgment, and police record are not interchangeable.

Translation does not interpret title, ownership, encumbrance, caste, criminal history, digital validity, admissibility, or legal effect. Dense tables, handwriting, archive images, unusual abbreviations, conflicting entries, and recipient-mandated terminology require quote review. Buyers can also review our court-document guidance when the supplied file is part of a court packet.

How are school, university, employment, and financial records translated?

गुणपत्रिका, leaving records, diplomas, transcripts, employment and pay records, and bank statements require exact labels, values, and identifiers.

For गुणपत्रिका and other academic records, we keep marks obtained separate from maximum marks and preserve grade, class, division, seat or enrollment number, medium, subject, semester, attempt, result, and institution names. Diplomas, transcripts, school-leaving records, and certificates retain their own titles. We do not convert grades, evaluate credentials, calculate equivalence, or infer an education level.

Employment and financial records preserve employer, job title, salary components, account or reference numbers, transaction rows, dates, totals, issuer labels, and readable stamps. Totals remain source-bound and unchanged.

Translation does not prove employment, income, account ownership, or financial standing. Mixed Marathi-English tables, abbreviations, faint carbon copies, dense statements, or institution-mandated terminology go to quote review. See academic translation guidance for document preparation context.

What scan and OCR problems matter for Marathi documents?

Complete scans protect Devanagari marks, Modi strokes, names, dates, digits, seals, tables, handwriting, and reverse-side text that OCR can lose.

Send original PDFs or straight, uncropped, high-resolution color images with all corners visible. Include backs, continuation pages, schedules, attachments, faint seals, and handwritten notes. We recheck Devanagari headlines, vowel signs, conjuncts, Modi strokes, ०/0, names, dates, registration, survey and case numbers, repeated values, page order, and bilingual columns against the source rather than trusting extraction alone.

Glare, cropping, compression, skew, bleed-through, damaged paper, handwriting, uncertain script, or missing pages can obscure a material detail. Every visible page corner supports complete image checking. A better scan or quote review may be required before scope is confirmed. Unreadable text is marked as unreadable rather than invented, and complete source images preserve the context a recipient may compare with the English translation.

What does USCIS or another recipient control, and which path should the buyer use?

Recipient rules control the packet; checkout fits typed Marathi, while mixed, Modi, handwritten, damaged, or unclear work needs quote review.

For USCIS, 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) generally requires a full English translation certified as complete and accurate, with certification that the translator is competent to translate. Buyers should follow current form instructions, an RFE or notice, an NVC or consular checklist, a court order, or requirements from a school, evaluator, employer, licensing body, bank, or other actual recipient. Our USCIS translation guidance explains the written-document route.
