    Calculator questions

How much does a certified translation cost for USCIS?

Corpus Localization charges $19.99 per page for eligible standard documents, or 8 cents per word on multi-page files when that is lower, with a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy included. A one-page eligible standard document, such as a birth certificate, is $19.99.

Does USCIS require a notarized translation?

8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) asks for a full English translation that the translator has certified as complete and accurate, with the translator’s certification of competence. It does not name notarization. Corpus does not notarize. Every order includes a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy, prepared for USCIS purposes.

    How does page-based pricing work?

Eligible standard documents are $19.99 per page, or 8 cents per word on multi-page files when that is lower; a one-page document is $19.99. Dense text, unclear scans, handwriting, special formatting, or unusual recipient instructions go through quote review so the final price is confirmed before payment. Files of 50 pages or more go to quote review.

What if I need it faster than 24 hours?

We do not offer a rush, same-day or expedited service at any price. Eligible standard documents are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation on business days, or that document is free. Other files are delivered within one business day of order confirmation.
