Corpus provides certified Macedonian-to-English written-document translation with a signed Certificate of Accuracy. A record from North Macedonia may contain Macedonian Cyrillic, Albanian, English, Serbian, or another language, so each page is scoped by its readable text rather than country of issue alone.

Eligible clear, complete, ordinary modern typed Macedonian pages start at $19.99 per page with standard 24-hour delivery after scope confirmation. Mixed-language, handwritten, historical, damaged, dense, digital, unusual, or recipient-specific files are quoted first. What makes Macedonian source text different to translate?

Macedonian records need Cyrillic, language, document-version, name, date, scan, and recipient review before English certification.

Macedonian is officially written in its own Cyrillic alphabet. Every readable heading, field, number, table, stamp, signature notation, annotation, and connected-page relationship must stay traceable to the source. A page issued in North Macedonia may also contain Albanian, English, Serbian, or another language, and origin alone does not make the whole packet Macedonian.

Document version matters as much as language. A civil extract, court certificate, identity record, school record, or business document has different fields and recipient risks. Parallel text must remain tied to the correct field instead of being flattened into a generic country record.

Corpus translates readable Macedonian written content supplied by the buyer. It does not issue, retrieve, amend, authenticate, legalize, apostille, or validate the underlying record. Mixed-language pages may need quote review and more than one language specialist.

Which North Macedonia civil and identity records need exact handling?

North Macedonia civil extracts can be domestic, bilingual, or international forms, so language, event, issue date, seal, and version matter.

Common records include Извод од матичната книга на родените, Извод од матичната книга на венчаните, Извод од матичната книга на умрените, and Уверение за слободна брачна состојба. The civil-registry authority lists domestic or basic, bilingual, and international extract variants. These forms are not interchangeable.

The translation preserves the event date separately from the issue date, plus registry number and year, municipality or office, parent or spouse fields, marginal entries, citizenship, wet seal, registrar signature, and page relationships. Identity cards can contain name, date and place of birth, a unique identity number, and address. A missing digit or merged table column can change the record's meaning.

Buyers may also review Corpus pages for birth certificates, marriage certificates, and passports. Translation does not validate identity or document authenticity.

How should the Macedonian Cyrillic alphabet and OCR be handled?

Macedonian Cyrillic uses distinctive letters such as Ѓ, Ќ, Ѕ, Џ, Љ, Њ, and Ј, so OCR output and every visible mark need image review.

The Macedonian alphabet has 31 printed letters. Preserve uppercase and lowercase forms, punctuation, abbreviations, spacing, and source spelling. High-risk comparisons include Ѓ/Г, Ќ/К, Ѕ/З/S, Ј/J, Љ/Л, Њ/Н, Џ/Д, И/N, and other Cyrillic-versus-Latin lookalikes.

OCR is a working aid, not the source. It may substitute a neighboring Cyrillic letter, import a Latin character, merge table columns, drop punctuation, or miss pale stamps and handwritten additions. Every name, date, number, heading, and visible mark needs comparison with the supplied image.

Send the original PDF or straight, uncropped, high-resolution color images with every page edge visible. Include both sides, linked pages, faint seals, overwritten fields, tables, handwriting, and signature panels. Unreadable content is marked rather than guessed.

How are Macedonian names and transliteration handled?

Macedonian names are printed in Cyrillic, while passport or recipient evidence may supply a Latin form that must remain source-traceable.

There is no single Latin spelling that should be invented for every Macedonian name. Preserve the exact Cyrillic source and do not silently borrow a Serbian or Bulgarian form. Names, patronymics, surnames, particles, initials, place names, and institution names remain source-led.

A matching passport, identity card, prior recipient record, or customer-provided spelling may guide same-person consistency. The evidence must concern the same person, and any departure from the source remains traceable rather than being erased. A preference for a Latin spelling never changes dates, numbers, status, relationships, or other factual content.

Conflicting identity spellings go to quote review. The final translation can distinguish the printed Cyrillic form from the supplied Latin evidence without claiming which version is legally controlling. Corpus does not validate identity, amend records, or determine whether two differently spelled records belong to the same person.

How should bilingual, historical, and issuer-name differences be handled?

Bilingual, former-Yugoslav, and pre-name-change records require each language, issuer label, script, date, and page relationship to stay traceable.

Macedonian and its Cyrillic alphabet are official, while Albanian and other languages may appear under North Macedonia's language rules, including on some personal documents. Each printed language must be inventoried separately. A bilingual heading does not authorize deleting one version, and a mixed packet may need multiple specialists through the quote route.

Historical issuer wording must remain as printed. Република Македонија is not silently modernized to Република Северна Македонија. Former-Yugoslav records may use older layouts, terminology, stamps, institutions, or neighboring languages, and the translation identifies the source wording rather than rewriting the document into a present-day form.

Dates, seals, page links, marginal notes, and issuer labels stay attached to the correct language and field. Corpus does not decide whether an older form remains valid, retrieve a newer version, or provide apostille, legalization, or legal advice.

Which court and criminal-record documents must not be conflated?

North Macedonia uses separate criminal and penal court certificates, and digital versions may carry signatures or QR codes needing clear boundaries.

Уверение за неосудуваност is a Criminal Certificate, while Уверение од казнена евиденција is a Penal Certificate. They are separate records and must not be collapsed into a generic police certificate. Current U.S. reciprocity guidance says police records ceased after 31 December 2014 and distinguishes these two court certificates; its cited visa workflow uses both for complete history.

The translation preserves the court, case or record number, status, offense or disposition text, date, seal, signature, and visible QR notation. Digital presentation does not expand the translation service into technical validation. Corpus translates visible content but does not scan QR codes, verify electronic signatures, authenticate records, determine whether a file is complete, or certify criminal history.

For related record types, see criminal-record translation and court-document translation. Recipient requirements control what the buyer must submit.

What does USCIS or another recipient control?

USCIS and every other recipient set their own evidence rules; translation does not authenticate a Macedonian record or guarantee acceptance.

For USCIS, 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) generally requires a full English translation certified as complete and accurate, plus certification that the translator is competent. Corpus provides certified written translation and a signed Certificate of Accuracy. Buyers can review USCIS translation services.

The buyer must follow the current form, notice, RFE, court order, school or evaluator instruction, employer request, licensing-body rule, bank requirement, NVC checklist, or consular instruction. A recipient may require all pages, a recent issue date, a particular file format, identity evidence, or separate records. Those rules can differ and can change.

Corpus does not provide notarization, apostille or legalization, mailed hard copies, record retrieval, authentication, credential evaluation, interpretation, legal advice, immigration advice, or an acceptance guarantee. Translation does not prove that a record, seal, signature, QR code, identity, or issuing authority is genuine.

Should the buyer start an order or request a quote?

Use checkout for a clear standard Macedonian file with known page count; request a quote for mixed, handwritten, damaged, or unusual records.

Use Start Your Order only for an eligible clear, complete, ordinary modern typed Macedonian file with a known page count. Choose Other, then enter Macedonian in the required document-language field. Eligible pages start at $19.99 per page, and standard 24-hour delivery applies only after scope confirmation.

Use the named Macedonian source and target options on Get a Quote for mixed languages, handwriting, older material, faint marks, dense tables, damaged scans, multiple files, uncertain page counts, digital or QR-bearing records, unusual layouts, or recipient-specific instructions.

Notarization, apostille or legalization, hard-copy mailing, interpretation, record retrieval, authentication or QR validation, credential evaluation, and legal advice are outside Corpus's service. They must not be disguised as quoteable translation work. If the file falls outside written-document translation, the quote route does not expand the service boundary.

Macedonian to English certified translation

Macedonian to English certified translation is a complete English rendering of civil records such as birth, marriage, police, and academic documents plus the translator’s signed certification that the translation is complete and accurate and that the translator is competent to translate from Macedonian into English. That pairing is what 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) requires. Corpus Localization prepares that certified packet for USCIS purposes at $19.99/page for eligible standard documents, as an ATA corporate member (#M-189351).
