These Terms govern your use of corpuslocalization.com and the translation services provided by Corpus Localization LLC (“Corpus Localization,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide certified document translation, including ATA-certified and USCIS-compliant certified translations. Each certified translation includes a signed statement of accuracy as required by 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3).
2. Orders, pricing, and payment
- Pricing is as listed at checkout (advertised at $19.99 per page, as defined at checkout).
- Payment is due at order placement and is processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal).
- You are responsible for providing legible, complete source documents. Delays or errors caused by illegible or incomplete documents are not our responsibility.
3. Turnaround
We aim to deliver within our stated turnaround (typically 24 hours for standard orders). Turnaround begins when we have received payment and all legible source material.
4. Certification and acceptance
Our certified translations are prepared to meet USCIS requirements for certified English translations. If USCIS rejects a translation solely because of a translation or certification defect on our part, we will revise it free or refund the translation fee (see our Refund Policy). We cannot guarantee the outcome of any immigration application or any decision by a third party.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and legally obtained documents.
- Review delivered translations promptly and report any errors so we can correct them.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your documents as confidential and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive the delivered translation for your use. Our website content, branding, and templates remain our property.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made by any third party (including USCIS or any court or agency).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
