How We Deliver Quality

Quality support is only as good as the processes behind it. Here’s how we ensure quality:

Professional Human Translators

Every certified translation is produced by a qualified human translator — not a machine, not AI, not a bilingual intern. Our translators are native speakers of their target language with expertise in the specific document types they translate (legal, medical, academic, immigration).

Two-Person Review Process

No translation leaves our hands without a second set of eyes. After the translator completes the work, a separate reviewer checks:

  • Accuracy against the original document
  • Completeness (all stamps, seals, annotations included)
  • Names, dates, and numbers verified
  • Terminology consistency
  • Certificate of accuracy properly prepared
nThis two-person process catches errors that a single translator might miss — before they reach you or the agency you’re submitting to.

ATA Corporate Membership

Corpus Localization is a corporate member of the American Translators Association — the largest professional association of translators in the United States. ATA membership requires demonstrated professional standards and a commitment to quality, ethics, and continuing education.

This credential means:

  • Our practices meet recognized professional standards
  • Our translators have access to ATA training and resources
  • We adhere to the ATA Code of Ethics and Professional Practice
  • We participate in the professional translation community

Document-Type Expertise

We don’t assign a birth certificate to a technical translator or a financial statement to a medical translator. Documents are matched with translators who have specific expertise in that document type and its associated terminology.

USCIS-Specific Knowledge

Our workflow is built specifically around USCIS filings. We track what triggers RFEs, how certificates of accuracy should be formatted, and what USCIS officers expect. This institutional knowledge is built into every translation we produce.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

If you find an error:nContact us immediately. We’ll review and correct the translation on priority same-day turnaround — at no cost.If USCIS issues an RFE for our translation:nSend us the RFE. We’ll review the issue, revise the translation to address USCIS’s concern, and deliver the corrected version on priority same-day turnaround — at no cost.If a court or agency doesn’t accept our translation:nContact us with the specific objection. We’ll revise the translation to meet that agency’s requirements on priority same-day turnaround — at no cost.If you’re simply not satisfied:nTell us what’s wrong. We’ll work with you until it’s right. Any translation error we made is corrected and recertified free — for the life of the document. If an agency still won’t accept the corrected translation, we refund your payment in full.

We’d rather lose money on a revision than lose your trust. That’s the policy.
