USCIS requires certified translation of all non-English documents submitted with Form I-751, including:

Joint Financial Documents:

• Joint bank account statements
• Joint credit card statements
• Joint loan documents — Mortgage, auto loan, personal loan
• Joint lease or mortgage — Rental agreement or property deed
• Joint utility bills — Electric, gas, water, internet
• Joint insurance — Health, auto, life, homeowners

Marriage Evidence:

• Marriage certificate — If in foreign language
