Certified Passport Translation for USCIS Purposes

Every certified passport translation includes the complete English translation of the submitted pages and a signed Certificate of Accuracy stating that the translation is complete and accurate and that the translator is competent to translate. That is the certification format 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) describes for foreign-language documents.

Do I need to translate every page of my passport?
