About Corpus Localization

Corpus Localization · ATA corporate member #M-189351 · Updated August 2026

Corpus Localization LLC is a certified document translation company based in New Jersey and serving clients in all 50 states. We translate official documents — birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, academic transcripts, police records, and more — from more than 65 languages into English, and every order ships with a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy. Founded in 2025, we do one thing and hold it to a written standard: certified translations prepared to meet USCIS requirements under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3).

What we do

A certified translation is a complete English translation of a foreign-language document, accompanied by a signed certification that the translation is true, accurate, and complete and that the translator is competent to translate — the requirement set out in 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). That certification, not notarization or any government stamp, is what USCIS asks for.

Every Corpus Localization order is delivered as a filing-ready PDF, with an editable DOCX included, formatted to mirror the layout of the original document. The signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy references your documents by name so it can be filed as part of your petition without further preparation. Our translations are prepared for USCIS purposes and are also used with courts, universities, licensing boards, and employers.

Who we serve

Individuals filing with USCIS

Most of our clients are people preparing a specific filing: a green card application, naturalization, a family petition, or a response to a Request for Evidence. If your civil documents are not in English, USCIS requires a certified translation of each one. Our USCIS translation service is built around that requirement — complete translations, certified for USCIS purposes, delivered fast.

Immigration law firms

We work with immigration attorneys and paralegals who need dependable turnaround across an entire case file: batch intake, consistent formatting from document to document, a signed certificate for each translation, and a 24-hour standard so filing timelines hold. One point of contact handles the whole matter.

Businesses and institutions

Employers, universities, and HR teams use the same service to verify foreign credentials — diplomas, transcripts, and employment records — with a certification standard that receiving institutions recognize.

How an order works

  1. Upload your documents through our secure, encrypted upload. Clear photos or scans are fine.
  2. Get a free quote. Quotes are answered within 1 hour, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET. Eligible standard certified document translation is $19.99 per page — see our pricing page for details.
  3. We translate and review. Professional translators prepare your translation, and every order then passes a documented quality review. Nothing is delivered without a human sign-off.
  4. Receive your translation within 24 hours for standard documents: the PDF, the editable DOCX, and the signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy, delivered by email.

Credentials and standards

Corpus Localization is an ATA corporate member (#M-189351) of the American Translators Association, the principal professional body for translators in the United States. Membership reflects a commitment to the profession’s standards; the certification we sign on every order is what carries legal weight in your filing.

Every order includes:

The written acceptance guarantee

Every order is backed by our written acceptance guarantee: if USCIS or another receiving agency questions the certification format of a translation we prepared, we correct and recertify it free of charge, for as long as your filing is pending.

One honest caveat, because you will not find it on every translation website: USCIS decisions are made by the agency; no translation company can guarantee an immigration outcome. What we guarantee is our work — that the translation and its certification meet the requirements USCIS publishes, and that we fix it free if they are ever questioned.

Frequently asked questions

Does USCIS accept translations from Corpus Localization?

Our translations are prepared to meet USCIS requirements under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3): a complete English translation with a signed certification of accuracy and translator competence. USCIS decisions are made by the agency, and no translation company can guarantee an immigration outcome — which is why every order carries our written acceptance guarantee. If the certification format is ever questioned, we fix it free.

Is a certified translation the same as a notarized translation?

No. A certified translation includes the translator’s signed statement that the translation is complete and accurate — that is what USCIS requires under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). Notarization only verifies the identity of the person signing; it adds nothing USCIS asks for. For USCIS filings, a properly certified translation is sufficient on its own.

How much does a certified translation cost?

Eligible standard certified document translation is $19.99 per page, which includes the translation, the signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy, formatting, and digital delivery. Standard documents are delivered within 24 hours. Upload your document for a free quote — during business hours, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm ET, quotes are answered within one hour.

Can I translate my own documents for USCIS?

USCIS requires the translator to certify that they are competent and that the translation is complete and accurate. A translation prepared by the applicant or a family member can raise questions about impartiality and may draw added scrutiny or a Request for Evidence. Most immigration attorneys recommend an independent certified translation for anything filed with USCIS.
